 Joy Williams is a renowned celebrity hairstylist, salon owner, and beauty industry expert with over 15 years of professional experience. She has made a lasting impact as a Lead Stylist for Miss Universe 2019, 3X Miss USA Key Stylist (2019-2021), and Department Head at Miss Black USA 2023 solidifying her expertise backstage at some of the most prestigious events in the world. Her work as a published beauty writer can be found in major publications like O Magazine, Cosmopolitan, and American Salon. 

 In 2021, Joy earned the title of New Hairstylist of the Year and honored at the Texture Style Awards, where she made history for her contributions to styling across all hair textures. As a Collaborative Coach with Texture vs. Race, Joy champions inclusivity and representation within the industry. Previously, she served as an International Texture Educator, Executive Master Educator, and Stage Artist for Farouk Systems.  She was the first Black female On-Air Personality for CHI Haircare on the Home Shopping Network.
